This customization fee applies when booking a soft play setup if you want customization on soft play ball pit and blocks. It allows us to fully style and enhance your soft play area to match your chosen theme, creating a more cohesive and elevated event look. Customization is not included unless you select this add on.
Includes themed styling and coordination of soft play colors and layout. Designed to enhance the overall event aesthetic. Must be added at the time of booking if applicable. Non-refundable once applied to your reservation. If you would like customization for a bounce house, it can be added at checkout under Add-Ons.
